Reviews
Such excellent content. I want to use it... but....
A SPIRAL BINDING would be so much better so we can easily write out our responses. The discipline of writing out the responses is difficult for most people so it would be so much better to have a spiral binding that (1.) allows you to fold it to the size of a single page AND (2,) be able to open the book flat rather than try to write into the fold going into the binding. I want the ladies to write their responses to the lessons but some do not even try if it is not easy for them to write... and so the learning and life application is diminished.
Sometimes there is not enough SPACE TO WRITE out their response. (Such as God's character in Ps. 145 on page 2.) SAD because the content is so good and vital for our growth! I do not want them to easily find an excuse to not be diligent.
LARGE PRINT and DARK PRINT is essential if I hope to use it in our church with those (such as the seniors) who have vision problems or tolerances. This book is adequate but could be improved. Many of our people want large print Bibles and materials.
(Other Cru materials were not even tried in our church because the print was small and in gray tone so it was considered by some as frustrating and unreadable.)
Typo on page 14 should be 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (not 1 Timothy). (I have just begun to read the book but found this.)
Again, this is vital and wonderful content. I want to be able to effectively use it in my church with success in serving others and equipping them to want to use this material to serve others. Thanks! Evelyn
