Warehouse Expedite Fee

Thanks for shipping them on time!

I knew that we were ordering the bracelets on short notice, which is why I called Cru directly on Monday before 2:00pm. I paid an expedite fee as well as the priority shipping cost because I needed the bracelets on Sunday. Technically they did arrive on Saturday, but since our building is closed, mail delivery was delayed until Monday, after we needed them. I could have accepted that if not for the fact that I went to the post office on Tuesday and mailed a package to Nebraska which arrived on Thursday. I feel that the expedite fee and faster mailing option are not actually honored and is just a way to increase the bottom line.
