Dawn Hynes Esposito
Dawn Hynes Esposito is founder and President of Hynes Associates, a marketing firm focused on the 401(k) marketplace. Dawn founded the company in 2004 and has provided market research to some of the largest insurance and mutual fund companies in the industry. She hosts and speaks at major 401(k) industry conferences and is an advocate for small business owners. Prior to establishing Hynes Associates, Dawn was Vice President of the Small-Mid Market Retirement Plan Business for the MetLife Defined Contribution Group. She started the company’s business in the under $30 million retirement plan marketplace, and built it from the ground-up, delivering double- and triple-digit sales growth. She was appointed the youngest female Vice President in the company’s 100 plus year history and was also named to the Chairman’s Council of Top Producers and Managers. Dawn resides on Long Island, New York, with her husband, John H. Esposito, and the two have a heart for ministry. She has been involved with the professional ministry of Cru for more than 25 years. All proceeds from the book will be used to benefit the High School Ministry of Cru and other local churches and ministries.
