Book Overview

Making Your Marriage Deployment Ready is a small group study designed to help military couples stand together when duty calls them apart.

Receiving orders for deployment can be unsettling. The reality of family separation sinks in and anxiety hovers over each remaining day you have together. Questions surface: Can our marriage endure the stress of being apart? How will I handle the kids and the house on my own? Will my spouse return safely to me?

Prepare to stay connected by:

  • identifying deployment tripwires that threaten marriage,
  • developing an operational marriage plan for successful deployment,
  • discovering the keys to a strong spiritual foundation, and
  • smoothing the return home.

You will discover that, much like military duty, marriage success hinges on courage, resilience, faith, and honor.

Making Your Marriage Deployment Ready was formerly part of the FamilyLife HomeBuilders Couples Series®.
